This website

In its basic operation, no cookies, analytics services or third-party embeds are loaded. Fonts, project images and page resources are hosted locally. There is no user account or payment function. An optional contact form is available alongside email. External project links open the respective provider’s website only when you follow the link.

Hosting and access data

Hosting is provided by Contabo GmbH. When you request a page, the server infrastructure receives information including your IP address, the time, requested URL, status code, and browser, device and referrer details transmitted by your browser. This information is used to deliver the website, analyse errors and prevent abuse. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: our legitimate interest in a secure, available website. Recipients are the operator and necessary hosting and infrastructure providers.

Contact form

If you send the form, we process your name, email address and message to handle your enquiry. The message is delivered by authenticated email to the operator. Helloly provides the sending transport and Google provides the receiving mailbox. The application does not store enquiry content in a database or application logs. Operational email retention depends on the enquiry and any applicable retention requirements.

Local security check

The contact form uses the locally hosted ALTCHA component to limit automated abuse. After you select “Load security check”, your browser completes a small calculation in a background worker and submits the result to this website. The server checks its signature, expiry and single use before sending mail. No external CAPTCHA provider is contacted and the check uses no tracking cookies. Short-lived challenge data and submission limits are held in server memory. You can also contact us by email.

Contact by email

An email link opens your email application. We receive your sender address and message content only when you send the message. The purpose is to handle your enquiry. Article 6(1)(b) GDPR applies when negotiating or performing a contract; Article 6(1)(f) GDPR applies to other enquiries. Technical email delivery providers may receive data needed for transmission. Contacting us is voluntary; without necessary contact details, we may be unable to reply.

Cookies and consent choices

When you make a choice about available external services, we store it in the technically necessary first-party cookie conneptic_consent. It contains the provider configuration version, your choices and a timestamp, and lasts for 180 days. Its sole purpose is to respect your privacy decision. The legal bases are section 25(2), no. 2 TDDDG and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Nothing is stored without a choice. There are no analytics or marketing cookies.

Optional storage access or external embeds occur only with your consent under section 25(1) TDDDG and Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can change or withdraw your choices at any time using “Privacy settings” in the footer. Withdrawal stops future embeds but does not undo processing that has already occurred.

YouTube videos – only with consent

If a video is available and you allow YouTube, the player loads in privacy-enhanced mode from youtube-nocookie.com . The provider for users in the European Economic Area is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. IP addresses, browser information and playback or usage data may be processed, and storage technologies may be used. Privacy-enhanced mode does not prevent all data transmission. Processing by Google LLC in the United States is also possible. Details of recipients, international transfers and the safeguards used by the provider are available in the Google privacy policy. Without consent, neither the player nor external preview images are loaded.

RepeatNest chat – only with consent

Optional RepeatNest chat loads only when it has been configured for this website and you expressly allow it. RepeatNest is also operated by Hermann Fischer, Merianstr. 10, 75015 Bretten. Loading it may generate connection data and a chat session identifier; when you write, your messages and any contact details you voluntarily provide are transmitted to handle your enquiry. Please do not enter sensitive data or information unnecessary for your enquiry.

RepeatNest supports AI-assisted replies. Whether messages are shared with additional AI or communication providers, and which providers receive them, depends on the chat configuration. A chat with an unresolved provider configuration will not be enabled here. Details of the service are available in the RepeatNest privacy notice. For contractual enquiries, subsequent processing may also be based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Email contact remains available independently of chat.

Retention periods

Technical access and security data is retained only for as long as necessary for operational security, error analysis and abuse prevention; in a specific incident, until it has been resolved. Contact and chat enquiries are deleted when handling is complete unless statutory retention or evidentiary obligations require otherwise. The consent cookie has the lifetime stated above and can also be deleted in browser settings. For data received by external providers acting as independent controllers, their notices and applicable law apply.

Your rights

Subject to the statutory conditions, you have rights of access (Article 15), rectification (Article 16), erasure (Article 17), restriction of processing (Article 18) and data portability (Article 20 GDPR). You may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future (Article 7(3) GDPR). Please direct enquiries to the controller identified above.

Objecting to processing based on legitimate interests

Under Article 21 GDPR, you may object, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to processing based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Please use the contact details above to do so.

Complaining to a supervisory authority

You may lodge a complaint, particularly with a supervisory authority in your place of residence, place of work or the place of the alleged infringement. The supervisory authority for the operator’s location is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information Baden-Württemberg. Contact details and complaint procedures are available at baden-wuerttemberg.datenschutz.de.

Automated decisions

This presentation website does not make solely automated decisions about visitors that have legal or similarly significant effects. AI-generated replies in optional chat do not replace binding individual advice.
